Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located in the Entry Pavilion (next to the Box Office) on the Main Concourse of Bankers Life Fieldhouse at Section 19 and on the Balcony Level at Section 211.
Braille information signage is located throughout Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Assistance with menu options is available upon request.
Drinking fountains throughout the Fieldhouse are accessible to those with disabilities. Most drinking fountains are located near or adjacent to restrooms.
The disability drop-off point is on Bankers Life Court. This is located extremely north of the building, behind the Fieldhouse Box Office. It is accessible from Bankers Life Court, a one-way street going east (off of Pennsylvania Street).
Public elevators make all levels of the Fieldhouse accessible to the disabled. They are located at the north end of the building.
Escalators for general ticketing are located off the Main Concourse and Balcony Level on the Delaware and Pennsylvania Street sides of the Fieldhouse. There is also an escalator from the Virginia Ave. Parking Garage Bridge to the Entry Pavilion.
First aid assistance is available at First Aid Offices located on the Event Level near Section 3, Main Concourse near Section 7 and the Balcony Level near Section 204.
Bankers Life Fieldhouse crowd management personnel have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist guests with disabilities in the event of an evacuation. In most cases, guests will be directed to the nearest stairwell or landing.
Food, beverages and concessions are located throughout the Main Concourse, Club and Balcony Levels of the Fieldhouse. Assistance with menu options is available upon request.

Accessible restrooms are available at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Unisex restrooms are located on the Founder’s Level near the corners of the building and on the Main Concourse near Section 3.

Guests who require interpreting services for any Fieldhouse event should contact the Accessibility Coordinator at (317) 917-2734 at least two weeks prior to the event. Please give the day, date, time of the event you are attending, as well as the seat location and the number of hearing impaired guests in your party. Disabled guests have access to seating throughout the Fieldhouse in varied price ranges. Seats are sold through Ticketmaster or in person at the Fieldhouse box office (no online or telephone orders accepted through the box office). Exceptions may be granted through the Fieldhouse Box Office, space permitting. This seating allows the disabled guests an enhanced view, even when others are standing. For specific seating availability please contact the nearest Ticketmaster outlet or visit to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office. They will facilitate your ticket purchases.
