Each level of the arena is equipped with an automated external defibrillator (AED), which can save lives in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. In the event of an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.
While Bankers Life Fieldhouse does not impose age restrictions on any event, parents may choose to screen the acts to determine if they are age appropriate. For Pacers and Fever games, once the child reaches twenty-four months old a ticket will be necessary for admission. There are events where the promoter requires that all guests, regardless of age, have a ticket to enter the event. The Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission (ATC) governs the sale and use of alcoholic beverages in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. To maintain compliance and for the safety of our guests, Pacers Sports & Entertainment asks that you observe the following:
- By law, minors (under the age of 21) are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages.
- The number of alcoholic beverages served is limited to two (2) drinks per guest, per purchase, per valid ID.
- Pacers Sports & Entertainment and Levy Restaurants reserve the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons under the age of 21, to those who appear to be intoxicated or those who are disturbing other guests.
- Acceptable forms of valid United States identification are: Driver’s License, Passport, United States Passport Card, State Issued ID card with photo, and Military ID with photo.
- Bringing alcoholic beverages into Bankers Life Fieldhouse is illegal.
- Alcoholic beverages taken from suites or any restaurant within Bankers Life Fieldhouse must be poured into plastic cups.
- Alcoholic beverages purchased inside Bankers Life Fieldhouse must be consumed inside the building.
- Bankers Life Fieldhouse reserves the right to deny entry to guests who appear to be impaired.
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages will cease at specific times during events, at times related to the game clock or the duration of the event for all general concession areas, in-seat service areas, and portable bars in accordance with the following:
- Basketball: Beginning of the 4th Quarter
- Concerts and other Events: One-hour prior to the end of the performance/event unless otherwise noted
Alcohol service can also be discontinued at the discretion of management.

Changing Tables: Changing Tables are located in the handicap accessible stalls of the women’s and men’s restrooms on all levels. Tables are also available in the gender-neutral restrooms near suites 20 and 28 on the KeyBank Suite Level.

Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 14”x14”x6” will not be allowed. Discretion is allowed for purses and diaper bags that, while having the appearance of backpacks, generally are sized differently, and have a different purpose. These are allowed on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval. All guests entering the Fieldhouse are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Bankers Life Fieldhouse personnel.
The city of Indianapolis has placed bike racks under the Virginia Avenue Garage on the corner near Maryland Street. Some area parking meters are also equipped to secure your bike.

Tickets and information for Bankers Life Fieldhouse events are available online by clicking on our Events or Tickets page on our website. Tickets for Bankers Life Fieldhouse events may be purchased by clicking here, visiting the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office or any Ticketmaster location, or by calling (800) 745-3000.
The Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office is located in the Entry Pavilion of the Fieldhouse. They are open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The box office hours of operation will vary on weekends and event days. For exact hours on weekends and event days please call the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office at (317) 917-2727.
Acceptable payment methods are: cash, check (accepted up to 14 days prior to the event), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Thirty-minute parking for box office purchases is available as indicated in the lot on the northwest corner of the building. Accessible from Pennsylvania Street those spaces are marked with signs that read “30 minute parking for Box Office and Team Shop”. Parking in other spaces not indicated for box office or team shop may result in towing at owner’s expense.
Guests attending an event at Bankers Life Fieldhouse are also able to purchase tickets to future events by visiting the Guest Relations Desk on the Main Concourse once they have entered the ticketed area. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted at this location. Guests are still able to purchase tickets from the Box Office windows direction if using Cash or Check or if they are not inside the ticketed area.
IndyGo bus services are available for transportation to and from Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The bus schedule will vary with each route. Contact IndyGo for scheduled information, including Open Door service for guests with disabilities, at (317) 635-3344 or IndyGo.net.
Camera policies vary with each event. For specific information pertaining to your event, call (317) 917-2500.
For Pacers and Fever Basketball Games, as well as all other NBA/WNBA events:
- NBA policy strictly prohibits the use of still photos or video footages for commercial purposes without the express written approval of the NBA.
- Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed at Pacers and Fevers basketball games in Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses less than 6″ in length, and black in color. Professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with a detachable lens longer than 6″, or lenses that are dark grey in color) are PROHIBITED.
- iPads are allowed at Pacers and Fever Games, as long as they do not obstruct another guest’s view of the playing surface.
- Video cameras, and recording video with other devices, are prohibited. We reserve the right to disallow cameras that, in the opinion of management, may be used to produce professionally marketed images.
- Tripods and other equipment that could pose a tripping hazard are not permitted.
- Standing or positioning oneself in order to take pictures in a manner that obstructs the view or enjoyment of the event by others is not permitted.
- Selfie sticks are not allowed in the building.
For all other events:
The above policy represents the general camera/video policy for events at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Because each show dictates its own camera policies, this may be further restricted. Bankers Life Fieldhouse management will enforce these policies as specified. Guests may call (317) 917-2500 for specific requirements.
Children’s ticket policies vary by event. For Pacers and Fever games, children up to 24 months of age do not require a game ticket; any child over the age of 24 months, as well as any child needing a seat, will require a game ticket to enter Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Requirements for other events held at Bankers Life Fieldhouse may vary. In some cases an event will require every guest, regardless of age, to have a ticket. However, for every event a child will require a ticket in order for them to have their own seat. To verify the policy for a specific event, please contact the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office at (317) 917-2727.
Bankers Life Fieldhouse is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:
- Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
- Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the court/stage/restricted areas will be immediately ejected from the venue.
- Guests will not smoke in the venue. Bankers Life Fieldhouse is a non-smoking venue. See Smoking Policy.
- Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times. Bankers Life Fieldhouse management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images.
- Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
Guests with tickets located close to the playing floor for all basketball events and close to the stage, ice, floor for all other events may be subject to enhanced code of conduct. For further information on this enhanced code of conduct please email BLFGuestRelations@pacers.com.
The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system. When you sign up at the Guest Relations desk on the Main Concourse between sections 19 and 20 as a designated driver, Pacers Sports & Entertainment will treat you to a free non-alcoholic beverage.

All Guests must maintain reasonable, safe, and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
Disturbances and dangerous conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Attempting to enter the field of play, court, state, or backstage areas without permission
- Drunk and disorderly conduct
- Fighting or challenging others to fight
- Igniting and displays of flames
- Interference with or delay of the game/event
- “Mooning” or exposing private body parts
- Placing children on shoulders
- Standing on chairs
- Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers
- Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects
- Using profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
- Violation of Bankers Life Fieldhouse event policies
- Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statues
- Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise
The Pacers and Fever Community Relations Departments make donations to not-for-profit organizations only. Generally, donations are not made to individuals except in the cases of terminally ill children referred by the Indiana Children’s Wish Fund and/or the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
All requests must be made in writing on the requesting organization’s original letterhead and submitted to the respective Community Relations Department at least six weeks prior to the date of the event.

The supply of available merchandise in comparison to the number of requests received makes it necessary for the Community Relations Department to make only one donation of one item to any organization within any given season. Every effort is made to fill the specific requests of organizations; however, pending availability, the Community Services Coordinator reserves the right to make the final determination on the donated item(s).
Door opening times for Bankers Life Fieldhouse events will vary according to each event. For Pacers and Fever games, doors will open 60 minutes prior to tip off, unless otherwise noted. To verify when doors open for a specific event, please call us at (317) 917-2500.
Guests may use the designated Drop Off area located on Bankers Life Court. This is a one-way street eastbound off of Pennsylvania Street. When dropping off guests, please be cautious and pay careful attention to heavy traffic conditions. Vehicles must not be left unattended.
Elevators are located in the northeast area of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Escalators are accessible from the Main Concourse and Balcony Levels on the Delaware Street (East) and Pennsylvania Street (West) sides of the Fieldhouse. There is also an escalator at the pedestrian bridge from the Virginia Avenue Garage to the Entry Pavilion.
Bankers Life Fieldhouse personnel have been trained in emergency procedures and will assist all guests in the event of an evacuation. In case of an emergency, please calmly follow building procedures and staff’s instructions.

The two main entrances into Bankers Life Fieldhouse are located off of Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street. Guests may also enter from pedestrian bridge connecting Bankers Life Fieldhouse to the Virginia Avenue Garage. For select high occupancy events, guests may also enter off of Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street at the north stairwells. Signage will be posted when this is available.
Bankers Life Fieldhouse provides guests with an in-game texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave their seat. Guests may text the keyword “BLF”, then a [space], then the issue and building location to 69-050. Participation in this service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges may apply.
This service should be used for legitimate safety, security, or guest services issues only and abuse will result in the number being blocked from the system for 24 hours.
Offering one of the best VIP experiences at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, guests dining in the LightBound Courtside Club enjoy a redesigned high-quality restaurant experience and more. An extensive list of beverage offerings includes microbrews, wines, classic cocktails and beers. During Pacers games, the LightBound Courtside Club is open to ticketed guests seated in Rows 1-7 located in Sections 1-20. This full-service restaurant offers upscale dining in a spirited environment. Located on the north end of the Krieg DeVault Club Level, it is available to all ticketed guests during all Pacers home games and other select events. The Pacers and Fever are offering their fans the unique opportunity to send special greetings to a friend or loved one at all home games this season. Your message may contain up to 50 characters (including spaces and punctuation) and will run at the beginning of halftime on the 360 degree LED boards. All message requests are $50. Once your request is received you will be notified by email to receive a confirmation of your message and game date.

Jason’s Deli is located on the northwest corner of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Their hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. They will also have hours of operation when there are public events at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Please note, food items purchased from Jason’s Deli during events in Bankers Life Fieldhouse may not be carried into the concourses and will need to stay in the seating area of Jason’s Deli.
A procedure is in place to assist you in finding your lost guest. A lost guest should be escorted to the nearest usher, security guard, Guest Relations representative or other staff member. If a guest is lost or separated from their group, please notify the nearest employee for further assistance. Guests are encouraged to use the Boomer’s Buddies ID bracelets to assist with locating a lost guest in the event that they are separated from their party while attending an event at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. See Boomer’s Buddies.
Any items found in the building should be turned in to the Guest Relations desk. Guests are encouraged to log into the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Lost & Found system to see if a lost item has been found by using this link: bankerslifefieldhouse.com/lost. Once the guest has completed the on-line form, they will be notified of a possible match and given directions to claim it. Unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity after a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 30 days. Boomer is the official mascot of the Indiana Pacers, while Freddy Fever leads the cheers as the official mascot of the Indiana Fever.

There are multiple parking options throughout the downtown area that are within walking distance of Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Virginia Avenue Garage on the northeast corner of the building connects to the Fieldhouse from the third floor of the garage. The entrance to the Virginia Avenue Garage is located off of Maryland Street. Denison manages a number of parking facilities in the downtown areas, and can share information that will make your experience an enjoyable one. For specific information related to bus parking near the Fieldhouse, contact Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760. You may also purchase individual parking passes in advance at select locations via ParkWhiz.
There are three (3) phone charging stations at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Each charging station is conveniently located near the Guest Relations Desk on the following levels.

Guests may refuse inspections; however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.
For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or any paraphernalia associated with drug use
- Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
- Backpacks
- Bags larger than 14”x14”x6”
- Beach balls or any projectiles or missiles
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Hard-sided bags
- Laser pens/pointers of any type
- Military or Tactical style clothing/gear (Active Duty Military uniforms are allowed)
- Noisemakers such as air horns
- Objects that obstruct another guest’s view of the playing/performance surface
- Outside food or drinks
- Pepper spray/Mace
- Poles or sticks
- Signs, flags, banners larger 11″X17″ or affixed to any pole
- Skateboards/roller blades
- Tripods, mono pods, or selfie sticks
- Weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry
- Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management
If an item is revealed during a search, guests may dispose of the item or return the item to their vehicle.

For your safety, all exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave an event at Bankers Life Fieldhouse and then re-enter the same event.
Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located on every level of Bankers Life Fieldhouse as well as in our Team Store. Restrooms located in our Team Store are only available during Team Store hours, please see Team Store.
For your convenience, gender-neutral restrooms are available on all levels of the building.

Fan Texting Service
Bankers Life Fieldhouse provides guests with an in-game texting service, allowing guests to text issues to building management anonymously and discretely without having to leave their seat. Guests may text the keyword “BLF”, then a [space], then the issue and building location to 69-050. Participation in this service is free of charge but standard carrier text messaging and data charges may apply.
This service should be used for legitimate safety, security, or guest services issues only and abuse will result in the number being blocked from the system for 24 hours.
Bags/Luggage
Security policies and staff are in place to ensure a safe facility and event for all guests, employees, and participants. All guests entering the Bankers Life Fieldhouse are subject to a security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Bankers Life Fieldhouse personnel. Security screenings are designed to detect prohibited items from entering the venue.
Backpacks (with the exception of single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the NBA bag-size requirements, or media backpacks that are screened at the media entrance), hard-sided bags and any bag larger than 14”x14”x6” will not be allowed. Discretion is allowed for purses and diaper bags that, while having the appearance of backpacks, generally are sized differently, and have a different purpose. These are allowed on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval. All guests entering the Fieldhouse are subject to security screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Bankers Life Fieldhouse personnel.
Weapons of any type, including (but not limited to) guns, chains, spikes, selfie sticks, sharp objects, pocket knives, mace/pepper spray or any other item deemed by management as a safety or security concern, will not be permitted inside the building. See Prohibited Items.
Fan Code of Conduct
Bankers Life Fieldhouse is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:
- Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
- Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the court/stage/restricted area will be immediately ejected from the venue.
- Guests will not smoke in the venue. Bankers Life Fieldhouse is a non-smoking venue. See Smoking Policy.
- Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times. Bankers Life Fieldhouse management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images.
- Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
Guests with tickets located close to the playing floor for all basketball events and close to the stage, ice, floor for all other events may be subject to enhanced code of conduct. For further information on this enhanced code of conduct please email BLFGuestRelations@pacers.com.
The arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system. Guests who choose not to adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. Thank you for your cooperation!
Service animals are permitted at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Proper identification of service dog may be required. If a guest plans on bringing a service dog into the venue, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes. Bankers Life Fieldhouse is pleased to offer sign language interpretation during events for guests with hearing impairments. ASL Interpreters are available with a two-week (minimum) advanced notice. Please call (317) 917-2734 with the event date and time for which service is requested. Seat location (as printed on your ticket) will be necessary to secure the service. The names of the guest(s) needing the service and a telephone number or e-mail address will also be beneficial for follow up. A request for an ASL interpreter can also be made via e-mail at BLFGuestRelations@pacers.com.
Bankers Life Fieldhouse is smoke free. Smoking, including the use of pipes, e-cigarettes and vaporizers, or similar products, is not permitted within eight (8) feet outside any entrance or exit (per State Law). Any guests wishing to smoke during an event may utilize our designated exterior guest smoking areas provided on each level of the Fieldhouse.

Located on the northwest (Pennsylvania Street) corner of Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the 3,000-square foot Team Store is the official team store of the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever, as well as the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. The retail space also includes the Blue Moon Tap Room and a Jason’s Deli as well as an 18-foot-in-diameter basketball.

A Suite at Bankers Life Fieldhouse offers a private, relaxing and intimate setting in an exciting and electric atmosphere. Located on the Krieg DeVault Club Level, our suites accommodate 10-50 guests with their own private seating and offer a great view for any event. The Sells Group Loft is a new and unique premium seating experience located on the south end of the Krieg DeVault Club Level. The Sells Group Loft features a mix of 4-seat Loge and Theater Boxes. It offers access to an all-inclusive club and hospitality space for Pacers and Fever games as well as select Bankers Life Fieldhouse events. This exclusive area provides the perfect setting to entertain business clients, prospects, employees or enjoy a nice event with friends and family. LightBound Courtside Club
The LightBound Courtside Club is open and accessible for all Pacers and Fever home games. Guests of the LightBound Courtside Club will enjoy a completely revitalized premium experience and atmosphere. During all Pacers and Fever home games, this exclusive premium space is available to courtside ticket holders seated in rows 1–7 located in sections 1–20. Additionally, the LightBound Courtside Club may be open for select concerts to enjoy a nice dinner or drinks prior to the main act’s performance. Pacers fans can also now depend on Uber to get to and from the game by taking advantage of the new dedicated Uber pick-up and drop-off zones outside Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Fans that request an Uber from Bankers Life Fieldhouse may be directed via the Uber app to the new Uber Pickup Zone located in the alley between East Maryland Street and Bankers Life Court to find their Uber.
Water/drinking fountains are located on all levels throughout Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
For individuals who have limited mobility or accessibility needs, an escort is available to transport/assist guests from our Entry Pavilion to your seats. Requests may be placed at any entrance by notifying a member of our staff. A member of our staff will return with the wheelchair to escort you to the exit at the end of the event. If a wheelchair escort is required during the event, you may notify a member of our staff and we will be happy to assist. Please note that wheelchairs are limited and subject to availability at that time. Wheelchairs are not available for continuous use throughout the event.
Will Call is available at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office located in the Entry Pavilion. The Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The box office hours of operation will vary on weekends and event days. Thirty-minute parking for Bankers Life Fieldhouse Box Office purchases is available as indicated in the lot on the northwest corner of the building. Accessible from Pennsylvania Street, those spaces are marked with signs that read “30 minute parking for Box Office and Team Store”. Parking in other spaces not indicated for Box Office or Team Store may result in towing at owner’s expense.
Photo identification is necessary to claim tickets left at Will Call. Only the person whose name is written on the tickets will be allowed to retrieve them. Season Ticket Holders may pick-up their tickets at designated Season Ticket Holder Will Call windows on a game day until 30 minutes past tipoff.
