INDIANAPOLIS (March 10, 2016) – The field of 64 NCAA Division I women’s basketball teams that will be whittled to four to earn a trip to Indianapolis for the 2016 NCAA Women’s Final Four will be set on Monday, and the Indiana Sports Corp will launch the march to the April 3-5 tournament with a special social media initiative called Dribble to Work Day.
“Hoosiers love basketball and there’s no better way to show support for the Women’s Final Four that will be played in Indiana than participating in Dribble to Work Daynext Monday. Anyone can do it, and our goal is to see Hoosiers everywhere post videos of themselves, their co-workers or family and friends showing their basketball dribbling skills and using the hashtag #WFinalFourDribble,” said Ryan Vaughn, president of the Indiana Sports Corp.
Shyra Ely-Gash, the former Ben Davis High School, University of Tennessee and WNBA star, who is also the official ambassador of the Women’s Final Four, taped her own Dribble to Work Day video. Her video is posted here

Participation is easy and props are minimal:
The Women’s Final Four is celebrating its 35th year in 2016. Indianapolis will host the event for the third time (2005, 2011, 2016) and for the first time, all three NCAA divisions of women’s basketball will play their championship games in the same city on the same weekend. Division I will play its semifinal games on April 3 and championship game on April 5; Divisions II and III will play their championship games on April 4. All games will be at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
