  The Premium Services Team is excited to announce a new method for your suite activation notifications. To activate your suite, order Standing Room Only tickets, or request relocation tickets for any upcoming event, simply complete the form below to notify the Premium Services Team.
  
  To activate your Suite for Indiana Ice games at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, please click here.
  
  SROs, relocation tickets and hospitality passes must be ordered up to seven (7) business days prior to the event in order to be mailed to you. Orders placed later than seven (7) business days will be left at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Will Call window 48 hours before the event.
