Pacers Basketball, LLC d/b/a the Indiana Pacers, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and Home Court ("Bankers Life," “we," "us," "our" and "ours”) welcomes you to its website.  The privacy policy referenced at www.pacers.com, which can be located at www.bankerslifefieldhouse.com/privacypolicy, applies to your use of our site and any Contact Information (defined below) you may submit to us as described in this policy, as well and otherwise as we or our affiliates may indicate, except that the following language in the privacy policy on the www.pacers.com website shall not apply here:  "[w]e do not, however, use flash cookies to alter your browser settings regarding your preferences for the operation of browser cookies (e.g., we do not use flash cookies to recreate a browser cookie deleted by a user) or as part of any targeted advertising activity."  In the event of a conflict between this privacy policy or the privacy policy located on the pacers.com site, the terms of this privacy policy shall control.  We may update this privacy policy at any time, without notice to you, so be sure to read it carefully, even if you have previously read and agreed to its terms.

"Contact Information" includes your name, email address, cell phone number, and/or home address.

To the extent that your Contact Information is forwarded to third parties, such as www.pacers.com and/or www.ticketmaster.com, their use of your Contact Information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Any dispute over this privacy policy will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Marion County, Indiana, and this privacy policy shall be governed by Indiana law without regard to its internal rules on the conflicts of laws. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this privacy policy shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts in Indianapolis, IN.

Without limiting anything set out elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may refer potential violations of law(s) to the proper authorities, may cooperate in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing, and will cooperate with authorities when required to do so by law, subpoena, or when the public safety is at stake.  We assume no obligation to inform you that your information has been disclosed, and, in some cases, may be prohibited by law from providing such notice.
