The Indiana Pacers have announced plans for what promises to be a fun weekend for Pacers fans. The exciting weekend will begin with #TouchdownPacers on Friday night, Oct. 16, when the Pacers players and staff help “Paint the Town” with visits to five different area high school football games. And then, on Sunday, the Pacers will hold their highly-popular FanJam, presented by CNO Financial Group, at Bankers Life Fieldhouse at 2:00 p.m.
The entire Pacers team will split up and spread out as part of #TouchdownPacers on Friday, Oct. 16, as the franchise visits area high school football games. The players will be joined by the Pacemates, Boom Babies, Boomer and Pacers’ staff and will give out Pacers goodies to fans. Among the games the Pacers will visit are: Whiteland at Greenwood; North Central at Ben Davis; Zionsville at Fishers; Northwest at Heritage Christian and Hamilton Southeastern vs. Brownsburg at Victory Field. In addition to seeing the students at each school at the games, the Pacers will be involved in the coin toss, participate in the t-shirt toss and work the Pacers prize table.
On Sunday, Oct. 18, the highly-popular Pacers FanJam, presented by CNO Financial Group, will be held at Bankers Life Fieldhouse at 2:00 p.m. The first 4,000 guests will receive a complimentary hot dog, chips and a Pepsi product in addition to a voucher for a free t-shirt. From 2-3:00 p.m., autograph sessions will be held with the Pacemates, Boomer, Pacers personalities and alumni players. Games, prizes and giveaways will be ongoing throughout the event. A fun program will begin at 3:00 p.m., as the 2015-16 Pacers team will scrimmage, the Pacemates will perform and Boomer will put on one of his famous Dunk Shows. At 4:00 p.m., players will be available for a limited time to sign autographs.
