The 16-team Marion County basketball tournament, a single class event featuring all Marion County Athletic Association schools outside the Indianapolis city limits, is in its 46th year.  The tournament will begin at eight different locations throughout the county on Tuesday, December 10th all scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. start time, with second round games scheduled for Thursday, December 12th at 6:30 p.m.  The final two rounds will be played at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The two semi-final games are scheduled for 10 a.m. and noon with the championship game set for 7:15 p.m.

The Marion County tournament features five schools in the IBCA Top 20; #4 Lawrence North, #10 North Central, #15 Roncalli, #16 Ben Davis, and #18 Warren Central.  In the ICGSA 4A poll, Lawrence North is #3, North Central is #9, and Ben Davis is #14.

The top half of the bracket features the 2019 IHSAA State Runner-up Lawrence North Wildcats hosting the 2018 IHSAA State Champion Warren Central Warriors on Tuesday, December 10.  Other games include Southport at Decatur Central, Park Tudor at Perry Meridian, and Ben Davis at Lawrence Central.

First round games in the bottom half of the bracket will feature the 2017 IHSAA State Runner-up Pike Red Devils playing at Franklin Central, Roncalli at Brebeuf, Lutheran at Speedway and Beech Grove at North Central.
