What to Know Before You Go

IMPORTANT POLICIES

  • Mobile Tickets & Cashless: The Fieldhouse is a cashless facility. 
  • Camera Policy: No professional cameras or detachable lenses. No iPads, tablets, selfie sticks or GoPro’s. 
  • Bag Policy: Bags, backpacks, large purses are prohibited. Small clutch-style purses are allowed and may not be larger than 4”x6”x1.5". Management discretion is allowed for diaper bags and medical bags.
  • Sign Policy: Signs and banners may not exceed 11"x17" and may not obstruct the view of other guests.
  • No weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms or spiked jewelry are allowed in to this event.

HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have reason to believe that you have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus then do not enter the Fieldhouse. Several important Health and Safety guidelines are in place to protect our staff and guests:

  • All staff will wear a face mask.
  • Consistent with CDC guidelines, all guests are encouraged to wear masks. Masks are available upon request.
  • Bankers Life Fieldhouse was awarded the IWBI Health & Safety Rating for Facilities Operation and Management, achieving the highest standards in health and safety readiness.
  • Enhanced cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting measures are in place.
  • Additional hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building.

RELOCATION
Due to Fieldhouse of the Future renovations, we needed to relocate seating in the Main Level 3-18 and Krieg DeVault Level 103-118 at this upcoming event and we’ve found new seats that we hope you'll like just as much! Please make sure you have uploaded the current ticket in your wallet.
